Some mono blocks have speaker level inputs and outputs. If it has outputs you should be good with 6 if you don't drop the ohm load beyond what the amp can handle. If no outputs then you'll need a amp built specifically for mids and highs. Which would sound the best for what your lookin for. ah this...

I'm no expert but i think mono block amps are strictly for bass your stereo won't be able to push 6 6x9's to their potential... i think you're gonna need a 4 channel amp for mids and highs.. i got 6 4way 6x9s can i hook um up to a 2400 mono block amp and turn it down or do i even need a amp can i go straight to the deck not trying to knock or nothing just want them to play nice
