The toilet valve for the toilet on the first floor of the duplex I was living suddenly broke unexpectedly Monday of this week. The duplex was flooded to about half an inch after being broken for 2 hours. Around more than 22 gallons of water was spilled out on the floor. So now to get rid of any kind of mold, the wooden floorboards have to be taken out and the pipelines have to be redone. There were fans airing out the stagnant water smell since Monday. That's why my presence on the Internet has been quite inactive.

could you make a review of your flooded duplex with footage of you commentating about the mold and the broken toilet
There was no mold. We found that out 2 days later. It might be a month before I get to return to my duplex. The duplex is no longer flooded. Renovation company just has to replace pipelines. I can't be in the duplex because insurance company says no can live there while renovation is in progress. So there will be no news videos about the leak.
