That's a new marketing strategy. The big clubs travel overseas when the season is over to make some new fans and get their merchandise sold. They also do this in Asia

True it is, force of habit to say soccer instead around the people I talk to. And yes, for the Derby. Its a successful strategy its proven time over time, usually sold out from what I've seen when they're here. They know which clubs will drag the most attention hence ManC, Barca, and Real Madrid being the star matches.
