I think I need to start poppin the xans or we their called cuz my heart beats to fast n my mind is like thinking n stressin so many things but you know what I think I need to honestly get back in the gym no less than 3 times a week for couple hours stretching intensive n all that cuz every time I got in back in shape I just felt way better than now of days...like it takes a good at least three weeks of real working out n stretching sessions to actually start feeling flexible at ease n just really good overall cuz I never had anxiety like I do now n I think it's a lot to do with that cuz I pay for the gym still n I haven't went since a month ago n only did 30min walk which is nothing I just have to make some real time n effort cuz I just don't feel right

My side job ain't as easy as I thought either specially that I work everyday.....shit last week I used 3 vacation days n took the weekend off....I'm just gunna jug it out for long as I can....I need to map out a schedule tomorrow at work n get my mind right shit b too stressful but life is always stressful long as your stressing towards something than atleast it isn't a waste ...this year is already flying by like a mf...hope shit changes for the better stay down like a mf n don't even talk or complain or entertain nothing that ain't about a dollar or no bum shit and go to church on Sunday. Your enemies hate when they throw shots at you and you str8 ignore them I swear they do cuz mines do n it ain't hard to tell they want a reaction so bad.....but I swear every time you retaliate it's bad karma god blesses you more when you take the high road I've noticed ...So ...yea

Man I went grocery shopping today cuz I had the bridgy lol man it's very beneficial to take adderal n grocery shop cuz let me tell you all the food was repulsing except clean food so I litterally only bought all fresh produce and some chicken breast cuz I cook chicken fajitas sometimes but I'm done with red meat it grosses me out now for some reason. So yea I ain't buy shit that was processed or no bullshit nothing. Well some hot sauce...Neway I don't pop addys but I had to today but now I'm fucked Til tomorrow i just hope I make it
