Ever heard of freebasing coffee cuz it is literally the same thing

You are taking out all of the additives in the process though if I am not mistaken there are a select few compounds that are still residue per say once the crack is formed

Crack and cocaine are literally the same thing... As an EMT I was quick to learn that the only thing that makes crack more potent (on top of being purer) is the way it is ingested based on the amount of OD's... cuz they are literally the same at the molecular scale

Crack laws were created in response to a media frenzy in the eighties (which gave inaccurate reports about crack being entirely different from cocaine)

Crack is still cocaine despite being a more intense high and the govt was not making that distinction until its coverage in the press

Since crack is cheaper given its higher yield compared to powder cocaine, it became prominent in lower income communities, hence the disproportionate amount of African Americans being incarcerated for it

I only say crack is more addictive because it is much easier to abuse than snorting it despite being the same thing, but what those laws won't address is that you can still inject powder cocaine, which fucks you up the worst
