A friend is going to trial after five years tomorrow some lady ran a red light and hit him.......what’s a good thing to say for your testimony to get the most money? They already know your trying to get a lot of money out of it but how can really try n get as much as possible

One time i rear ended a truck going like 5 mph. It was a weak ass hit, my truck didn't even get fucked up.
The dude got out, we exchanged insurance info, and left.
Then like a month later my insurance called talkin bout he was suing for medical expenses. I didn't know if i should laugh or be mad cause that motherfucker was fine. He didn't even call an ambulance. Some people just want a check handed to them
