why do black people spend money on jordans?

A few months back i went with my grandma to footlocker to buy matching jogging shoes (i mainly buy new balance sneakers they are a good price and made in america. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN). when we walked into the store they were like 3 or 4 large black gentlemen. They were all had gold teeth and had backwards hats and were cussing like sailors (lol why do we say cursing like sailors lol i met many sailors in my life and never heard one curse lol must be one of them old timey expressions ). they were rude to the Hispanic teen who was their sales man. They were buying jordan so they can "look fresh" and "shit". these men were in their fucking late 30s or early 40s and they still dressed like teenagers and acted like teenagers. it seems like blacks are the only race that does this. how can you be an adult in your fucking 40s and still dress and act like a teenager? i mean wtf is wrong with them. it can't be some "sociaolgical economical thing because i never really see hispanics or asian dress and act like that. maybe if they are a rapper or something but i never seen them dress like teens and act retarded.
