I used to be the same way. I found out how true i t is that we "eat with our eyes" tho. If the food looks better then I tend to enjoy it better. Just do like I did and start playing around with presentations till it looks right/good to you.

Tonight wifey cooked for me. She took boneless/skinless chicken thighs and stuffed them with a mixture of cream cheese , feta cheese and I think it was guda cheese but I'm not sure and sum chopped up fresh baby spinach, baked at 325 for about 45 minutes. I made some steamed asparagus, steamed with a mix of chicken broth and adobo broth(yellow not red) with rosemary sprig. Dam that shit was gooooooood. Sorry I 4 got to snap a pic 4 y'all , my bad.

True dat true dat , I'm 6'2" - 225lbs and love to eat nice tasting and looking food so I double up the portions or just eat more. I was at 240lbs so I started cooking healthier, ALOT more veggies an shit like that.
