I like having hard copies of my music and like to regularly explore local music shops around me and see what I can find in the used music section. I'm always looking for new places to check out and was wondering if people had any suggestions or recommendations?
I'm based out of San Antonio/San Marcos, but have made the trip over to H-Town to hit up a few spots I know and Screwed Up Tapes and Records. Typically I check out Half Price Books and CD/DVD Exchanges as my main go to, but I'm always looking for more spots to hit up. And I'm down for recommendations from all over Texas, not just San Marcos, San Antonio, or Houston.

Music store in 2017? With current or old music?
I shop online at Ebay and Discogs. I don't venture out to the mom & pops these days. Very few of them still left, and I have most of what I'm looking for. Only the obscure I'm interested in.

I like Soundwaves, Cactus Music, and Half Price Books. I do online as well. I've noticed that smoke shops carry music as well.

That's true. I thought SoSouth would add it to their new website, but they did not.
