You know how many black men are in jail/prison for weed?

flipdesk.gif
roughly around 5000. blacks are mostly incarcerated for crack cocaine rather than weed

"The vast majority of crack cocaine offenders (88%) were
non-Hispanic black or African American."
page 3
https://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/dofp12.pdf

Hispanics are mostly imprisoned for mary jane, coke and heroin
"By comparison,
more than half (54%) of powder cocaine offenders were
Hispanic or Latino and 13% were non-Hispanic white. "
"In addition, more than half (59%) of marijuana offenders
and almost half (48%) of heroin offenders were Hispanic or
Latino."

page 3
https://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/dofp12.pdf

whites and mexicans, however, both love meth

"A large proportion of methamphetamine offenders
were non-Hispanic white (48%) or Hispanic or Latino
(45%).:
page 3
https://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/dofp12.pdf

you have to remember most of the people in prison for drugs are mostly drug traffickers.

"Almost all (99.5%) drug offenders in federal prison were
serving sentences for drug trafficking."
page 1
https://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/dofp12.pdf

also in 2015 we had the smallest prison population since 2005

"the United States had an
estimated 1,526,800 prisoners under the
jurisdiction of state and federal correctional
authorities. This was the smallest U.S. prison
population since 2005 (1,525,900 prisoners). The
prison population decreased by more than 2% from
the number of prisoners held in December 2014 "

Everywhere on this fuckin earth where blacks (or other non whites) live, they are highly proportional in jail. They just aren't able to work for their money nor go to college to earn that big money on a legal way.

Even tho weed ain't hurting nobody. It makes you dumb like a J-Don, so that you ain't even able to be a smart person and others have to pay your welfare. Weed smokers are just useless scroungers

Just moved back to TX from LA. Had my recommendation out there. It was paradise <3

PS when did this site get back up? I was an OG back in the gap but it went away for years.
Why would you want to move back to TX after living in a liberal hive like CA?

Money huh? CA is expensive and TX cheap. That Southern Bible Belt tho
Ha I'm from Dallas - was working on the Toyota transition back. Was living in Redondo Beach (look it up). I quit my job though 18 months into a 24 month assignment and looked there and back in Dallas; all the opportunity was here.

Trying to make some power moves so I can move back in a few years. That beach life is no joke hommie and the organixxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is off the chain

Caught quite a bit of live shows that way. Honestly, LA has been holding down the music torch. I listen to way more LA music these days than Texas stuff.

You are a very aggressive person, J-Don. Is it because of the weed?

TxMJPolicy Update: Hemp Passes House and Decriminalization Scheduled for Vote on Thursday!
INDUSTRIAL HEMP: Without any objection, the Texas House approved HB 1325 today, a bill to legalize in-state hemp production and sales! If passed into law, this legislation clears up the legal gray area surrounding hemp products, including CBD.

DECRIMINALIZATION: Rep. Joe Moody’s HB 63 has been scheduled for a vote in the Texas House on Thursday! This bill reduces penalties for low-level marijuana possession and will free up valuable criminal justice resources by eliminating the arrest, jail time, and collateral consequences currently associated with even small amounts of marijuana.

Let's do it Texas!!

Guesses:

HB1325; legalize industrial hemp will pass
HB63; decriminalization will fail

Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick says Senate won't pass bill to lower penalties for marijuana
Less than 24 hours after the Texas House gave preliminary approval to a bill reducing the criminal penalties for Texans found to possess small amounts of marijuana, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick declared the measure dead in the Senate.
"but but God gives us permission to sell the deadly drug called opioids"

"but but mass incarcerations are our God given rights"
