Q: Do smokers use ashtrays if they rent property?
A: No, they litter because it's not there problem. They have a cleaning crew.

Buying a home... I would hope the smoker would respect their property.. Why shit where you eat?

Replace that plexiglass bathtub "encasement" with a tile backsplash..

Appliances ain't no joke. Refrigerators can go up to $20,000! I'd like a stainless appliance collection. Refrigerator, oven, dish washer, and microwave. Gotta have custom cabinetry for the microwave!

Home renovations are going to kill me..live within your means..

Edit: I'll need to stop drinking alcohol to save money for upgrades. 100

You guys know about deep, wide, sinks? Or commercial-style faucets?

The commercial-style faucet is only $299..
Image

Seems to be two styles of deep sinks..
An apron front sink (sometimes known as farm sinks, or farmhouse sinks) will bring old world style to your modern kitchen. A classic addition to any home, an apron sink adds warmth and comfort to any décor while helping to reduce back strain and offer you a unique alternative to the typical kitchen sink.

Those farmhouse sinks are no joke! The materials are clay, cast iron, or copper.
