A bloodbath erupted at a Dallas Cowboys watch party Sunday night in Plano when a gunman shot and killed seven people and wounded two others before police killed him. It was the largest murder scene Plano police have ever seen, according to the department.

Dude had a fight with his ex-wife and decided to shoot her and all (their) friends.
Question: Do you believe in guns? Do you protect the 2nd amendment? Do you want gun control or the freedom?

You care about black people?
Then you would support them to exercise their constitutional right to defend themselves
Note how it is the conservative right that argues for less lax gun control and how Nazi paramilitary groups in the Deep South have been stockpiling on weapons.,. Look that up
So what are you gonna do when neo-Nazis decide one day that they gonna start hunting Jews and black people full time
Shit is already a cycle everytime a major disaster hits and they hide it under the premise of "defending themselves against looters".. look up what happened in Staten Island after hurricane sandy hit
But liberals think stricter controls is gonna do anything
How then do you explain some of the most liberal cities like Chicago and co. having the worst violence?people want guns for whatever reason they gonna get guns fuck a law

Yes there are gun rights but for who Boy C
Slaves who were just freed were barred from carrying guns to defend themselves from white supremacist attacks

Two centuries later they still don't have the respect and acknowledgement from one of the biggest gun rights advocates in the country

Boy C u cool but it's logic like yours that is killing black people by keeping illusions by the reality in America...
What happened was tragic but shit happens.. I wanna know why that chick you posted didn't have a gun to defend herself?

Well, that's the thing. Maybe nobody has the right to bare arms?
Repeal the 2nd amendment? Wasn't it wrote in in like the 1700's? How does the world differ from 1701 to 2017? Do we still follow marriage laws composed in 1700? No, because gay people couldn't get married. Are we still under alcohol prohibition? No, times and laws change through-out the years.
Humans (Americans?) aren't responsible enough to own firearms.

Sad situation what's happening in Chicago. That can be contributed to gangs though.
You're right. The
black market will always be poppin on any subject. Drugs, guns, rhino horns, shark fins, etc.
Let's take Texas as an example since a lot of us live here. We loosen the gun laws. Making it easier to get firearms. Just like Abbot giving us "freedom" to carry around swords and machetes.. Is that responsible though? This isn't a debate over obesity and McDonald's this is about pure violence. 1 year old babies getting shot

but it doesn't work like that though
This isn't a utopia
Tell me a point in history where something of progressive value wasn't won by the use of force
If you say the Civil Rights movement, then that would be wrong, for it was the threat of the more militant factions like the the Black Panther Party that motivated the federal govt to pass it in the first place.. Martin Luther King jr was even disagreeing with what he preached by the end of his life
No matter what society we live in, there will always be ills and that's why it is important that those who are capable learn to defend themselves
But history has also taught us that those ills can be minimized to a great extent under a society that caters to the needs of the many as opposed to the few... China once was opioid free
How do we stop drug addiction? By going at the reason that motivates us to use them in the first place. Same thing with gun violence. And we have long shown that we as a country are unable to do that. There is thus no option but to aim for something more progressive in its place
