Almost all southern states will be eliminated if being less-than-friendly to LGBTQ is a careabout for Amazon.

For some of those states, Amazon could be driver that flips them from red to blue. So, I don't think Amazon will care that much. They'll eventually have the political support to meet the needs of their workers in such a state.

North Carolina and Georgia, for example, would flip to blue permanently within 5 years if Amazon chooses one of those two.

Texas would take some time to flip blue. But, if they setup shop in Austin, it's possible they'd have the ear of state officials.

There are 917 hate groups operating within the U.S., according to the Southern Poverty Law Center and 55 of them are within Texas.

SPLC defines hate groups as those who "vilify others because of their race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation or gender identity."

Nation of Islam (black separatist), New Black Panther Party (black separatist), Israel United in Christ (black separatist), League of the South (neo-Confederate), and Conservative Republicans of Texas (anti-LGBT) are the hate groups that operate in Houston, according to SPLC.
