AUSTIN — Attorney General Ken Paxton, as promised, announced a multi-state lawsuit Tuesday to end the program that protects certain undocumented immigrants brought to this country as children.

The lawsuit against the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program was filed against the federal government, since it administers DACA.
