'I let out a whole clip': Court docs reveal details of pregnant woman's death investigation

Justin Herron, 31, is charged with capital murder in connection with the death of 18-year-old Patra Perkins, who was carrying Herron’s child. Her body was found Aug. 4 in a room at the HomeTowne Studios on Guhn Road near Fawndale Lane. She had been shot at least eight times and 16 shell casings were found inside the room, police said.

According to authorities, a 38-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. A 10-month-old infant and a 4-year-old girl were taken to area hospitals. They later died of their injuries.

The victims were identified as 39-year-old Ashley Auzenne and her children: 11-year-old Parrish Auzenne, 9-year-old Elanor Auzenne and 7-year-old Lincoln Auzenne.

No arrests have been made, and police said they are not actively looking for anyone in connection with the shooting at this time.
