You are the "higher learning" type that loves to discuss "the public class" topics.

Because I want a clean and nice place to live? Define luxury

Do I need to spend $1,500 to live in a nice place? Why does it need to be "luxury" to be nice? Why does the cheaper parts of town not well maintained? Why is there luxury high rises in certain areas?

Edit: Why is Gucci and Prada around the luxury parts of town whereas McDonald's and Burger King are in the cheaper parts? I personally don't want Burger King trash in my area..

I'm cheap, in a way.

Been trying to move. 1960's apartments in Greenway Plaza, Upper Kirby, River Oaks are just above $1,000. Need to do that..

Honestly Boy C wtf are you doing living in a lower income neighborhood anyway

it's always these suburban kids that think city life is "so hip" so they wind up moving from their upper echelon neighborhoods to lower income ones

in my current neighborhood i leave my crib everyday to go jogging and I never have to lock the door... so get ya priorities straight Boy C
