A quick google search shows that a felon can possess a fire arm after five years of his sentence in Texas. I understand why he's running around with a gun, your own homies jumping you and lying about it, who wouldn't be carrying a gun on him, felony or not? Another article claims illegal gun possession in Texas is just a Class A Mis. so it's not too bad but you have to add drugs? 2oz to 4oz would have been a Class A misdemeanor but Z-Ro had over than so it's felony territory.
