Lil Flip is definitely SUC.

On the SUC album The Takeover HAWK say on the track SUC Soldiers that lil flip is affiliated and since Screw was already gone at this point that's probably about as solid of an answer as we can get

Now that I think about it on the Soldiers United 4 Cash compilation when HAWK is naming the actual members of the click he mentions Flip too.
