Is this a real album or mixtape?

Is there hard copies or just on iTunes?

It's a triple disc set. And you can get hard copies straight from Solo himself. Only the first disc is on iTunes I believe

Disc 1 is the one that's out now.

Disc 2 is a bonus disc of more tracks
Disc 3 is a bonus disc dvd that comes with disc 2

I think.
