Roah's flow has like a strong click like a kick or punch

3-6 has a flow that has more of a soft quick slap

Roah's terminology or choice or wordz is also different

it's the Killa Klan Texas rhymes ...

Migos denied being influenced by 3-6

but Migos flow pattern and delivery sounds much like Roah

Roah birthed Trae & Z-Ro

Trae & Z-Ro birthed ABN

Killa Klan flow birthed alot of new rappers like Migos

cuz Z-Ro & Trae also helped made it popular

also Dj Screw

listen to some old Z-Ro or Trae then listen to some Roah you'll see

Roah birthed a whole style of flow and delivery by himself

along with Street Military
IDK man.. I stay listening to the old school Z Ro, Trae, & Pharaoh & I hear different repetition & pattern from the flow between them & Lord Infamous. & IDK if they birthed most of these new underground rappers because they sample a lot of 3-6 songs. (Asap Rocky, Asap Ferg, G Easy, $uicide Boy$, J Green, Ghostemane, Beat King, Gucci Mane, Space Ghost Purp, etc.) I bet if you asked them where there flows or influences come from, they're definitely going to say 3-6 as far as flow is considered. Look, Beat King is from Houston & he tells you where it came from. Look at the video below. I'm definitely sure he knows who Street Military is. But I see what you mean. But at the same time, I hear different repetition from both Lord & Pharaoh. I'm not dick riding 3-6, & I'm definitely not saying that 3-6 wasn't influenced off of Street Military. I'm diverse with Hip Hop, I just know what I hear with my musically inclined ears & mind. Migos sound nothing like Pharaoh to me because of the repetition & pattern. I hear more Scarecrow in their flow than Pharaoh.

I think that I'm going to try & make comparison video of Pharaoh, Lord Infamous, & Migos flow together to show you what I'm hearing lol. This discussion is almost just the same as the debate when people think that trap started in Atlanta when it really started in Texas and Memphis. Texas had the subjects & rhymes (UGK, Geto Boys, Street Military, SUC, etc.) while Memphis had the flow & hard hitting beats (3-6, DJ Squeeky, Skinny Pimp, Tommy Wright, Project Playaz, DJ Spanish Fly, etc.) yes Memphis was influenced by Texas with the rhymes & subject but they twisted it & made it there own style. Yes the Memphis beats was influenced with Miami bass but they twisted it & made it their own style. But the only thing Memphis had that they originated was the flow. But if you think about it, ATL already had there own style crafted by Organized Noise. But who did ATL bite off of for trap music? Think about it. Because they sound just alike with one of the states in the south. & it ain't Texas or Louisiana.

So your saying old Z-Ro and Trae don't sound like Roah?

Migos said they wasn't influenced by 3-6

I don't care about those other rappers listed

Migos don't flow like Infamous ..........

Post a video and ill tell u yes or no

They just sound similar by nature cuz they both waas young niccaz

now prove me wrong and ill agree but until then i have to disagree

even UGK sampled Street Military .... so they are famous among rappers and those who truthfully follow southern hip hop

So your riding 3-6 tip saying ATL got trap from Memphis?

I do believe Memphis had part in influencing Trap but may not be the only ones ...

but that's not what this post is about

Migos do trap beats but they don't flow like 3-6 Mafia ........

Show me where they do?

You didn't read what I said. I said the whole Memphis not only 3-6. So that can also include 8Ball & MJG, DJ squeeky, Skinny Pimp, Tommy Wright III, Criminal Manne, Project Pat, DJ Zirk, Project Playaz, MC Mack, Killa Klan Kaze, Indo G, Playa Fly, Gangsta Blac, Graveyard Productions, Tom Skeemask, DJ Spanish Fly etc. But I also said Texas started Trap too. Like I said I'm diverse with rap. I'm telling you what I hear not because of favoritism. But I think your on Street Military's tip no offense lol.

OK i see how u can see similarities in Migos flow with 3-6

but 3-6 flow is more bland melodic almost put u to sleep

the vocal tone stays constant it doesn't change

runnin up gunnin up is not 3-6 type lyrics

Migoes is not as fast or bland as 3-6

Not only that I think Roah birthed that flow before infamous unless u show me something pre 92 o 91

u may be talking triplet

but im talking the kick type flow has it's not a smooth transition like 3-6

it punches harder it clicks stronger and if he was on doper beats he would shit on infamous

Roah's flow and lingo are way doper

3-6 just say anything to make it rhyme

like i don't even know what they are saying i just bump some of that shit cuz of the beat

Roah is more calculated with his flow way better .....

yes Infamous may be using the fast flow and rap quick but it has no kick

it has no up or down just melodic robotic blandness

Im not saying it's trash but it's different from Migos

and Roah's flow is the originator not Infamous

show me something pre 92 or 91
