Freddie Gibbs and Madlib came out with the sequel album to their 2014 project Piñata on Friday

It’s called Bandana

First single

I think it’s fire

I came up on Freddie Gibbs back in high school (when he was just dropping mixtapes on like a yearly basis)

Was very impressed nonetheless and he easily made it to my favorite rapper list but the projects he released post-prison in Europe have been iffy at best. It’s been like he lost a bit of his hunger but this project without a doubt puts him back on the right track

Hopefully he can put more heat out after this but the project is fire without a doubt
